Mayur is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 2015) and a B.Com (Hons) graduate of Delhi University, with a professional foundation built almost entirely around Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.

He began his career at Acquisory Consulting India, training in transaction advisory and internal audit, and working on M&A assignments and financial due diligence across the FMCG and real estate sectors. From there, he moved into Transfer Pricing Advisory at Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, where he spent four years — rising to Deputy Manager — managing TP compliance, representing clients in tax audits and litigation, handling Advance Pricing Agreement requests, and preparing Master File, Local File, and Country-by-Country Reporting documentation for multinational groups across the telecom, automotive, industrial manufacturing, and technology sectors.

In 2019, Mayur founded Mayur Khanna & Associates, bringing that same depth of Big 4 transfer pricing experience directly to clients — with the partner-level attention a larger firm structure often cannot offer.

Transfer pricing was never just a compliance line item for him — an interest that took hold during his student years, when he realised the discipline was built on economics and logic rather than paperwork. That is what drew him in, and what still holds his attention today. As multinational structures — including the growing wave of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) setting up in India — grow more layered, with more entities, more cross-border flows, and more scrutiny, the margin for generic, templated work keeps shrinking. MKA was built around the opposite idea: partner-level attention on every engagement, not only the ones above a certain fee.

The Team

A Small, Committed Group

MKA is a close-knit team of fifteen professionals, each focused on client servicing rather than internal administration or peripheral work. Files don't pass through a long, unfamiliar chain — this is a small, committed group where every person understands the client relationships they're part of and takes personal responsibility for the quality of what goes out the door.

We work less like a conventional department and more like a family: colleagues who know each other's strengths, step in for one another without being asked, and treat a client's deadline as a shared obligation rather than one person's problem. That closeness shows up directly in how we serve you — faster turnaround with no bureaucracy to navigate, continuity because the same people stay with your engagement over time, and accountability because the whole team has visibility into the work, not just the person whose name is on the email.
